The most amazing thing about the healing journey is that it is cyclical and layered. Like peeling an onion, healing and reclaiming our power takes time, and mostly love for the human form we are in. We are always walking towards greater power and authenticity, releasing old beliefs that stand in the way of really feeling powerful and whole.

Ask yourself, is your body a safe place to dwell? For those of you that say yes, that is amazing! For those that have had some sort of big or small trauma, chronic physical issues, the world telling you how and what to do with your body, you may be feeling a little uneasy in the nervous system right about now.

The Summer Solstice, and the days both before and after, offer the energy of fire, abundance, opportunity, and more flow. We, as a collective, really need this time to feel more hopeful about our lives and the world we live in. This week is an opportunity to really tap into the portal and power of the Earth's energy. Mother Earth is always guiding us to open to the new cycles in our lives through the seasons. Release the old, let them die, and create space for the new to come in.

This Sagittarius Super Full Moon is vibrating with potent energy and is significant for your personal dreams. Making positive choices to honor our path and lead from our Sacred Center. We are really being asked by the energy of our times to listen to our own intuition and honor our deepest longings.

If you want to know the true secret of a more consistent connection to Spirit and your guides, look no further than your emotions. It’s our emotions that get in the way.

It’s time to take responsibility, as Dr. Frankl taught, - “response-ability,” the ability to stop reacting, the power to start responding, and the duty to make this world a better place.

Lately, in my healing sessions, many clients have expressed feeling ready to lead from their Center: that part of them that is untouched by loss, fear, and wounds. Leading from your center is living life from joy, love, peace, and feeling connected to the Divine Feminine presence.

Your heart is your sacred center: the place within you that is already whole, healed, true, love, and beautiful. Your heart is a place where you can shed everything others have told you. It is the place to stop looking to other people to tell you what to do and listen to your own body and inner wisdom. You can focus here on being who you are with authenticity. Living from this place can be tremendously freeing because you can finally release your wounds, societal views, and expectations, and enter into the direction of your heart.

It wasn’t until I started to teach yoga that I created an enormous boundary around myself and my children. I hired help to manage my kids’ energy so they could feel also energetically protected. I created a name and role for myself that was more than the Rabbi’s wife and learned the art of energetic boundaries. I said no more often than yes. I released the people that liked me only for my title and stayed home from nighttime events unless absolutely necessary.
